We have permanent positions of Team Leader (Liability Sales/Account Opening/ CASA/ Mutual Funds). 3 in Karachi , 2 in Lahore , 1 in Islamabad.

Place: Karachi, Lahore , Islamabad.

Education: Minimum Graduate from a reputed institute.

Experience: 1 to 3 Years.

Job Description:

* Target orientation – meeting monthly targets as defined by supervisor.
* Taking initiatives to find opportunities of marketing the product to the target customers.
* Relationship management – nurturing the personal customer portfolio for enhanced business opportunities.
* Making customer visits on daily basis as per frequency defined by the supervisor.
* Maintaining a record of all telephone calls, visits to customers in form of an call report to be submitted to the supervisor on daily basis.
* Maintaining a data base on excel for all customers introduced to the bank with updated contact details and sharing this on weekly basis with the supervisor.
* Having command over the product features, benefits and attributes to avoid sales mishaps.
* Cold calling on daily basis as per supervisor’s directives.
* Secure and refer intelligent feedback from the customers to the Sales Head and product management team for product improvement.
* Extracting maximum potential from an existing customer.
* Handling queries.

Skills:

Minimum experience of 1-3 years within the financial sector, preferably stock brokerage, sale of mutual funds, insurance products, or liability marketing with a proven track record and with a reputable institution. Experience of consumer assets such as mortgage would also be preferable but not the typical sales experience of credit card, personal loan or auto’s sales.

* Male (age 20-35 years).
* Should possess pleasant personality and look presentable.
* Must have good communication skills
* Females demonstrating willingness and having previous sales experience can also be considered with a proven track record.
* Should have demonstrated the willingness to be an active team player.
