Responsibilities

* Responsible for overall sales targets and providing customer service. Accountable for the smooth functioning of Front office / PB desks.
* Disseminate Product information.
* Branch Merchandising.
* Supervise & Monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff.
* Lobby management.
* Authorise PB transactions.
* Review Daily Accounts Opened, report and update SS cards with account number.
* Monitoring all Dummy accounts.
* Monitor and follow up on all Complaints.
* Branch administration.
* Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers.
* Responsible for acquisition through direct sales to walk-in as well as referrals from walk-in customers.
* Deepening of relationship with existing customers who walk-in, through cross sell of all products and services.
* Enhancing the value of existing accounts
* Retention of existing portfolio
* Corporate salaries processing



Requirements

* Graduate/PG/MBA with relevant work experience
* Sales / Marketing skills
* Team Management Skills
* Interpersonal & Influential skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Knowledge of Banking Operations
