Loan Support Officer
In this role, you would be in charge of documentation and be expected to arrange, create and complete letters of Offer, local and non-local security documentation and other documentation as required for individual loan cases. Additionally, you would be expected to manage the loan settlement process, including new purchases, refinancing and redemptions, loan drawdowns and rollovers.
As a Loan Support Officer, you would also be responsible for foreign exchange and would be expected to perform foreign exchange transactions with customers for the purpose of loan payments or currency switching. Your other responsibilities include ensuring correct documentation is held by the bank to minimise risk, enable effective settlements and ensure accuracy of instructions sent for settlements.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you would need to have:
At least 6 years experience in an operational, credit and/or private banking related role, strong loan documentation skills and an understanding of foreign exchange.
Computer literacy (strong Microsoft Office skills) with strong interpersonal / communication skills and be highly organised and disciplined.
