Qualification : Graduates with B.Com , L.L.B
Age: Not more than 40 years
Experience : At least 5 years in Legal department of a Bank or with a Law firm with
specialization in Banking and Property matters. Candidates should also have experience in handling matters of banking litigation including consumer complaints, cheque bouncing,securitisation and debt recovery and thorough knowledge of the provisions of the Stamp Acts,Registration Act,Negotiable Instruments Act, Banking Regulation Act, Multi State Co-operative Societies Act is necessary.
